Will a digital lock fit my door?
Most Australian timber entry doors are 35–45mm thick with a 60 or 70mm backset, which suits our standard range. Narrow stiles need a slimline model. Send us a photo and the door thickness and we will confirm.
Do I need a locksmith to install it?
No — a competent handyperson can fit most models in under an hour. If you want it done properly, we can arrange a licensed installer.
What happens if the battery goes flat?
All models give a low-battery warning weeks ahead, and every lock has a manual key or external power override.
Can I control the lock from my phone?
Models in our Smart Locks category support the TTLock app over Bluetooth, and WiFi control when paired with a gateway.
